Fundamental Science concepts used in the Pulp and Paper Industry. We will answer questions such as: what are paper and pulp fibres ? Look at the chemistry of fibres including the bonding of fibres during paper making. Testing of paper products. Kinetics Relevant to the P&P industry and lastly some Microbiology concepts for the industry.

Plagiarism
The implementation of online assessments have seen a drastic increase in blatant contravention of examination rules and the DUT Plagiarism Policy. This is an academic offence and will not be tolerated within the Department & University. This includes the use of Artificial Intelegence (AI) algorithms.
