Welcome to Digital Electronics 1A, a foundational module in the Bachelor of Engineering Technology program. This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of digital systems. Throughout the course, you will learn about binary number system, conversion to our normal day-today counting (decimal) and hexadecimal, of which all are fundamentals of digital electronics. You will learn about different logic gates and their applications/uses in combinational circuits as well as sequential circuits. Digital Electronics 1A is not just about learning theories; it's about applying them in real-world scenarios. As such, this module serves as a critical stepping stone for aspiring electronic technologists/engineers, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your future careers.
