Welcome to Construction Technology II.
I am looking forward to an exciting semester where new knowledge is going to be in abundance.
We will be studying a case study building on the south beach promenade called 'Surf Riders' which was designed by an architect by the name of Richard Stretton.
He will also be joining us on our site visit and explaining how the design evolved and materials used and why.
I will be posting 4 drawings on Moodle for you to each get printed from Perez by arrangement with him. You will need these drawings to proceed with Assignment 1.
